Wah they keep it so vague. First time see the word palatable being used for pricing. Usually like “attractive” “value” or what not

I rather outward view since it is mostly unblocked views outwards for Penrose, possibly sea-view for south-facing high floors too (if i am seeing the map correctly).

Of course some prefer pool facing, especially the first timers, but I rather have a view.

From the way they have delayed the launch so that it won’t coincide head-on with any launches, and allowing PE to sell out till the latest stages, I suspect won’t be cheap ba

My predictions exact. Moreover with PE smaller units transacting at 20xxpsf, 18xxpsf seems cheap for Penrose now haha.

The MSCP is already 4+ levels high and developer will set the blocks back away from the road. Should not be too bad. At night, you shut the windows and sleep in aircon. Maybe someone who live beside expressways can comment.
