Floor plans are out, agent sent me. But i still cant find any floor plans being upload on those advertisment website yet.

Smallest is 1br +study at 538sqft
3br compact 969sqft have a small crooked wasted walkway at main door

All 2br except type 2BP4 have a table and chair at the living room, i suppose it is a study
Maybe you can send it to me?
I always keen to see room designs
I agree some designs are really hard to accept
But whilst the latest dumbbell design is efficient, it may mean no light or ventilation in the kitchens and toilets
And some also do away with the foyer which is a nice area to put on shoes.
now you have to sit or wriggle past someone cooking to get out ๐Ÿ˜…

if even simple thing like which region can be disputed......is the property even a MUST buy?

imagine family/friends who dont even bother to log on URA etc, all think you pay 25xx stay RCR. i think better to start with "i'm staying in holland , i staying sunset way" when pple ask you where you live.

I feel sad if you really worry about what your relatives and friends say
Marginal buyers maybe
Really lux segment buyers donโ€™t care ..

I respectfully disagree. But I leave it to the buyers to digest the two views. Would like to keep this thread about the launch.

iโ€™m usually at the finance forum, prefer equities and the traditional boring bonds/fixed d/tbills/ssb. With yields falling and equities going up, next few years would be a good time to position maybe for the much talked about โ€œsecond propertyโ€

familiar with the area as i went to hpps, but not living in the area. Just a curious observer of this project and the new launches in general, so youโ€™d probably see me around here for the rest of the year getting your insights

Are you guys staying beside mrt now?
Yesโ€ฆ previous house also near MRT, itโ€™s like a non-negotiable for my hub ๐Ÿคฃ
2km and MGS ?
Nah.. you wonโ€™t want to buy something so expensive only to fail when all those at The Reserve and Linq take all the available slots
For now, within 2km still safe for alumni, next time donโ€™t know liao ๐Ÿ˜›

once you live near an MRT, you get very spoiled :) save walking time, grab costs, lesser need for a car. Good thing many new MRT stations are coming up.

Yeah, coz i see your nick is lao jiao, registered long ago but never see your post on property before.

This forum do not represent the whole singapore views as you know. Some projects might have little pages of discussions in hwz but take up rate on launch day is still pretty high.

Perhaps you can visit the showflats of some upcoming launch to get a better feel

Good luck

This is RCR, this piece of land is sitting on a very slight piece of land between OCR and CCR, its on the edge of both, but its RCR

So the whole district, parts of it can be RCR , parts of it can be OCR.

I think what is more important is pricing, amenities, and your beliefs.
The newer TOP projects in the area have transactions more than 2k PSF, of course they are freehold, but the public sentiment for the area is already at 2k PSF without any new launches for years.

It is just a matter of whether do you want to pay the price for the lack of mrt, but within 1km of good school, and the facade. This project has a lot of landscaping and the blocks are quite far apart.

Some people will say, for that price i can buy a condo near MRT at a better location etc last time, but if you are in the hunt for property right now, you will know that things can change as fast as within the month, the resale prices are climbing up and what was last year's price is very different from today's price.
