Wah... people like me will really thought how come you all think 2.5k psf for OCR is reasonable cos D21 is OCR and not under RCR if go by the definition on whatever info I got from google. Learnt something today, but i am still a noob

District is just like a boundary for administrative purposes, some more a district can be so big and stretch across CCR/RCR or RCR/OCR… Telling people you stay near Mount Sinai is very different from staying near BB/Tengah though both are D21 lehhhhh

All these district is ********. You will be better off using near which MRT station.

For example, it’s funny how Tembusu Grand, The Continuum and Dunman Grand peeps believe they are East Coast/Katong equivalent and psycho themselves by saying it’s D15 when it’s really Dakota.

When it’s a Bukit Timah development, you rarely hear about district. It’s definitely advertised as XXX @ Bukit Timah.

This is built for home owners, but the quantum will then be higher..

Rc ledge is not counted inside your sqft.

Tighten means for people to be willing to pay more? Then like this why nobody say TG second plot will tighten prices… or for TC and GD to tighten prices for TG…

Because pine grove area only has 2 plots total less than 1k units compared to D15 4K+ units. Also D15 got less good schools, not much views etc

Maybe because less hype for a traditionally prestigious area, no need to convince anyone why it is worth the price
