x6 is almost similar dimension/weight like F5, might just consider the x6 instead due to the price.

You can still purchase F5's China counterpart online --- Redmi Note 12 Turbo, if you don't mind China ROM that is. I bought that last year when it first launched and it worked fine with the various Google apps.

I then bought a Poco F5 just last month as my emulation gaming console coz there was a good deal then.

Nah is fine, probably will look at something else with earphone jack, SD 7 series and ip53 rating.
X6 price was very tempting during 6/6.

Confirm in vehicle or under shelter always got issue. Takes maybe 30 secs later then can.

Maybe Xiaomi get GPS chipset that prioritize beidou. o_O

U all know f5 is using single frequency gps right? Accuracy wise will definitely worst than those phones with dual frequency gps

Some cheap phones got dual frequency gps la. E.g. z9 turbo+, redmi k70 ultra. Thats why im into those china phones which gives u max specs they can give u for the price. Global phones is to cut u whatever specs they can to maximize profit

Caveat: China rom :s13:

Xiaomi 14T non pro got dual frequency gps though

Agreed.
Both my main and secondary phone are china phone (china rom)

How to get WhatsApp notification pop up on F5? My wife's F5 not showing. Tried googling but no results. Very frustrating.
