Anyone here using X3 Pro cannot use app SimplyGo also? I tried to install the app, when open app and want to key in phone number, it will force reboot my X3 Pro everytime... I read the review on play store apparently is not uncommon. Not sure if there is solution to it...

Quite strange how the application is behaving, what's more it should be national level application... It has been like this for months, I wonder why no one bother to look into it and resolve. If no solution, there be small group of users want to use but unable to use... Also, I won't know the next phone I buy whether or not able to use the application too...Apparently this problem is for people who need to login. Those who are already login have no problems. I have my f3 logged in. My f5 unable to login cos it will force restart the phone. Read the reviews on play store and it is a common problem for people with new android os (including Pixel and Samsung users) the other reviews have be removed by them already.
Hi all. I need SOS help. I am using Poco X3 Pro for more than 2yrs. Its my daily phone. As of last night I was still using it, but i went to sleep. This morning it suddenly just bricked and black screen. No matter how I press the volume+power button, no reaction. I brought it to neighbourhood ah beng handphone shop. The guy commented could be CPU, asked to leave the phone with him 3-4hours to fix. 4hrs later he called me, cannot be repaired. He mentioned what gone case, CPU and motherboard blah blah...
I am wondering if any of you Poco X3 Pro users faced the same problem before? And how you managed to resolve it? My immediate concern is how to revive the phone without wiping the data like; whatsapp, sms, photos, etc. The rest like social media app; facebook, instagram I know can still login again without issues.
seems like you're not alone. try this, good luck!Hi all. I need SOS help. I am using Poco X3 Pro for more than 2yrs. Its my daily phone. As of last night I was still using it, but i went to sleep. My Poco F2 Pro had exact same problem, brought to Mister Mobile to get CPU temporarily fixed (presumably CPU reballing from what I see on YouTube)
The repair was $68, they advised saying it is not a permanent solution, I told them it's fine, I just need to get my data out.
You can try to drop a Whatsapp message to them to check.

Did you happen to have Google Photo? If yes, photos should still be alright if you did have Google Photos installed with backups running.Mister Mobile called me already, went down and bad news cannot be repaired. The staff mentioned something about motherboard dead. I further asked if they think bringing to Xiaomi Service Centre helps, and the MM staff says that Xiaomi usual practice will wipe out data. Then it will defeat purpose of my interest to retrieve data.
I really hope to revive my X3 Pro if possible. I have sentimental sms, pictures I really hope to take back. Also I cannot remember to login to my IG accounts, bank ID accounts too. So though I am temporary using Poco F1 as backup now, but apps wise I am crippled too...
Anyone has "god level" hp repair place I can give it one more try?
