Is it normal for the brightness level to be quite erratic?

Like I came from X3 NFC, the auto brightness not as reliable. And also the brightness seems darker at the same bar level. Most the time I need it at half bar to see clear where X3 is like 25% enough. Although the full brightness is very bright, but just hard to get it consistent.

autobrightness works very well for me. f3 has 2 light sensors, 1 infront and 1 behind.
the brightness slider is calibrated differently, u get used to it.

the brightness slider is not linear. u need to slide much more to the right to really brigthten the screen.

Ic, prefer iOS style of linear brightness.

Although yeah, I was reading on it, seems like the first 80% is small steps, then the remaining bar adjusts very fast. That's why the it seems like not bright cause bar have to set quite high.

i'd prefer linear strength too. poco f3 implementation is weird. i dun think it was like this when i had the x3 nfc too.

Yeah lo, cause I "upgraded" from X3 NFC. At like 30% brightness for both, X3 was brighter.

The X3 bar seems to be more "linear".
