Yo guys I did DES on 28th Feb 19
So how long does it approx take for spf to contact you about the medical screening?
Honestly with this virus now Im finding a part time job and it's hard. Cuz knowing that I'm waiting for the process application, I only can commit to a full/part time job for 3-4 months. And most jobs want longer commitment. F&b/hotel jobs are mostly out, they don't want any part time, esp with this pandemic. And I can't join full time cuz they want a 1 year commitment. So currently I'm under this agency that just throw we wherever that needs customer service/receptionist or admin help. And it's super temporary like I can have a job for a week and next few weeks I have to keep requesting for more jobs. I am already using my savings to survive and honestly I have no idea on what to do anymore. I've applied over 40 over jobs online most of it just delete their listings immediately, some just say they don't hire anymore or want at least commitment period more that I can afford.

Anything slightly flexible like banquet and idk are all affected by this virus.

I just hope I can can be accepted immediately so I don't have to worry about money this whole period

But I also know that are people having or worst with this virus. So this sucks man

Idk what I'm writing I just had to freakin rant

Hi there! I received an email to attend SA on 30th March but I was given 5 days MC/SHN from the doctor starting from today.. Email stated we may re-schedule the date.. Called HomeTeam Career centre but they're closed on weekends so I just sent them an email asking for a re-schedule.. I mean they will get back to me and inform me on the new date right? Anyone had this problem before can advise? Thank you!

i don't see why you should be worried about it...

if you are so worried that they will cancel on your and you leave your house during the 5 days MC just cause you scare about losing this chance, then you can forever kiss your chance goodbye

Hey, I've rescheduled my SA before and they will definitely try help you. Maybe just try to call them again on Monday since it's the 30th. And if they do pick up, let them know your situation and that you already emailed them!

Second what the other guy said
Give the career hotline a call on Monday to explain your situation. They will definitely reschedule for you.

They will have a contact that you can email back to let them know that you wish to reschedule and they will let you know a new rescheduled date but remember to tell them your 5 days mc otherwise they may schedule it within the next 5 days or earlier.
