You already picked your division during psychometric yea. You can choose where you want for attachment only. But the division you pick doesnt mean youll get they see manpower. Unless youre an NSF who used to be from a certain NPC then its possible to get back your old NPC cos of past connections whether they want you there or not haha

They already state and when u sign the form for referral check. They can call anyone they like. Only need to inform u. If u reject then u have to reply why.

But otherwise they do reach out to ur company but depending on hr.

Some hr respect ur decision to not contact also. For me they asked my permission and called all.

Then again. When u do G50 it Is mandatory to put ur current boss contact that they would contact also uh. Either way they have the means.

So far didnt receive any calls bcos of referrals I put on the application form. Even during psychometric test we had to write down employee (from spf) referral and my sis hasn’t gotten any calls at all.

Hi guys. wondering if anyone applied during Sep and have any news? I applied 20sep20 for DES got shortlisted like a week after but till now no updates yet.
