Heard got some cs try to smoke some users by saying annual fee is compulsory to pay even though they want to cancel it. The extra mile they go these days

that's because you alr saved the card online on its app and it's a online app. offline/contactless simply means you use the actuall card or Google/Apple/Samsung pay to tap on the card terminal.anyone bought grocery in 4.4 for the 5% rebate ?
I just realised using Fairprice app to pay in store, is considered online transaction and not eligible for 5% rebate... tmd...
T&Cs no say?anyone bought grocery in 4.4 for the 5% rebate ?

offer said fairprice eligible, but T&C said if it's a online transaction it is not.T&Cs no say?
fyi, it's online becos the payment is paid inside the app. refer to what i explained earlier. your method is not offline/contactlessoffer said fairprice eligible, but T&C said if it's a online transaction it is not.
I went to shop to buy and pay via app, it should not be considered an online transaction but POSB treat it as an online transaction.
too bad, consumer lugi, should have just stick to my BOC for 3%...
I just did a waiver online via bot. Instant approval. This is my only CC with POSB/DBS.Those that were unable to get waiver do you have > 1 CC from DBS ? What about those that were able to get waiver? Thanks.
so far I have no issue for fee waiver on all DBS/POSB ccI just did a waiver online via bot. Instant approval. This is my only CC with POSB/DBS.
Think it depends on the stance DBS have at the point of waiver asssessment. What must b the spend limit for waiver?
I think is collective how much you spend with them vs number of cards you have with themjust used the digibot to submit annual fee waiver and surprised its approved for my Taka Amex card, when i didn't spend after i hit the sign-up gift spend requirement given so many annual fees waivers were rejected for the other DBS cards.
DBS defines “new-to-bank” as customers who do not currently hold a principal DBS or POSB credit card, and have not cancelled any in the past 12 months.Guys wanna check with you if want to get the singsaver/moneysmart promo - will i be eligible if I'm a DBS savings account / debit card account holder? dont have credit card with them. am i considered to be existing to bank already?
you get the standard rebates. not the additional higher amount.Hi,
If only spend on sp utilities, telecom and some groceries using everyday card but unable to hit $800/month, will I be entitled to rebates or cashback?
Also, does using it on simplygo still entitled to rebates/cashback?
TIA
If dun meet $800 spend, can still get 5% at sheng siong/red mart, 3% at watson, 3% for recurring payment for SP and selected telco. Only 0.3% for spending that dun fall under specific merchants listed here https://www.posb.com.sg/personal/cards/credit-cards/posb-everyday-card, provided not excluded from rebate.Hi,

Sounds good enough for me as long as can get some rebates...you get the standard rebates. not the additional higher amount.
