Need to pay monthly on the app, cannot do recurrent payment

The mailer I received said that you can continue to use your DBS/POSB credit card for recurring payment by signing up using the SP App...

being-a-long-time-customer is no longer the key in the new norm?

Anyone having trouble waiving their late fee charges? DBS has changed its waiver processes and policies lately. Maybe there is a new guy in charge of the department. They are very inflexible now. I’m very disappointed being a long time customer. They are probably going to lose me as a customer for good and not just for credit cards but also banking and investment.
