I was just being charged annual fee, this time they dun let me waive already
Need to try a few times. I had to request waiver around 4-5 times for one of my cards.

Anyone having trouble waiving their late fee charges? DBS has changed its waiver processes and policies lately. Maybe there is a new guy in charge of the department. They are very inflexible now. I’m very disappointed being a long time customer. They are probably going to lose me as a customer for good and not just for credit cards but also banking and investment.
being-a-long-time-customer is no longer the key in the new norm?
Yar, dunno will continue or not.
But then again, past few months my utility bill was not high due to the various govt subsidy schemes as a result of COVID and the U-save rebates....
