Wake up thread. I have a Samsung CLX-6260fw, looks like a good time to ask

so HP has bought over Samsung's printer business and has migrated existing warranties over. Has anybody tried it out yet? Any good/bad?

My printer's jamming even though it has no paper in it and the rollers seem ok...

HP laser printers and services are good. I bought a new printer already.
HP pagewide pro NFP is a good printer.

I am using the Brother L2365DW mono laser printer. Have been using original toner TN-2380. I am thinking of switching to compatible toner i.e. non-original. Prices on Lazada range from 22 to 39 per toner, original around 75. Anyone has used TN-2380 compatible toner and any issue so far? Any recommended link? Tks.

Been using samsung for 10 years with re-fill pack or third party toner from uk or taobao. less than $20 nia.

No harm trying as it won't spoil your laser printer. The bad thing about third party toner is the printing quality...sometimes will have white dots...and it doesn't sense the actual capacity.

There is 1 seller at qoo10 @ $20 with free delivery. You can read the reviews for reference.

Any reason why you're getting the 277 instead of 477?
I think the toner pricing for the 277 is quite a bit more expensive on a per page basis than 477. Also, if getting the 477 during Tech shows, you're able to get 100-200$ in vouchers, so you won't be paying too much more for the 277.

I was looking at the same last year and got the 477 in the end. I did compare with the Canon 635 (much cheaper) but was told that the toners for that printer was hard to get.

Also, you might want to look at the new ink tank printers to compare with as ink seems much cheaper on a per page basis these days.

Can do wireless print, scan, copy n fax. Quality is good enough for my home office needs. Has auto doc feeder to do duplex tasks. Can also do auto duplex printing.

Can get from laxada 400 to 450 sgd. Local 3 years warranty. One major factor was also the service centre is in paya lebar thst is quite near my house

Does it do duplex scanning? I was looking for one that does duplex scanning and printing which is why I chose the hp 477 in the end. Else, have heard fairly good things about brother and Fuji xerox models, and they tend to be cheaper.

Not sure how many pages, ink around $128. Review write not the most cheap thou. I'm using FX CM225fx almost 3 years didn't change any ink or toner. Sold it off at $370 before the 3 years is up and got this.

HP is smaller and faster, easier to setup than cm225 as well. Able to do duplex print. CM225 is manuel duplex. HP can 'eat' thicker paper up to 220gsm also. Many ways to print as well, direct wifi connect, via wifi network or google cloud or app.
