It depends on the number of pages you print. If your volume of printing and copying is not heavy you can try buying ink jet printer. But ink cartridge drys up very fast.
I would recommend laser printer. Its much more cost saving.
My brands of printer are more on Lexmark. If you keen on comparing the price and specs. Feel free to PM me.

Oh cause I thought you have space restriction. You can go for CM305df as well. Btw CM305df is not a newer model. It is just another series with duplex printing.

your requirement that you need is color laser or black and white? if its color than probably its not possible cause the height is definitely taller then what u have shown.
