Is it normal for other brands don't cover burn-in in their warranty? as i have checked with Prism warranty. it doesn't.....
- Screen Burn-In is not covered as it is classified as user-induced damage (such as keeping the TV on extended duration with static images being displayed as it is recommended to keep the screen off or on screen-saver when the Purchaser is not using it).
Hi, we just bought a Prism+ 75" LCD end of April this year and have regret doing so. From the moment we started using the unit to watch Prime TV it shows a foot-wide vertical line on the top screen. We reported it immediately to Prism support team and it has alteady been more than a week that we have spoken to diff agent trying to get us to do this and that ... trying to convinve us that the problem is the application and not the LCD deapite explaining to them that the APP works in all our other devices even older models. Besides, if it were indeed an APP problem, then all those who bought a PRISM should be experiencing the same issue. We check again from the shop at NEX where we purchased the unit and they are not having this issue. Can anyone help share some ideas on this as we are really frustrated with the PRISM aftersales team and what is the 7-days warraty period for anywaysCan you share why do you think their prices are unbelievable?
