Rule 3A: but still have to find a job then leave
Yes Sir!

Rule 1: Never leave without a job
Rule 2: Only leave after you found a job
Rule 3: If you rather die than work there, then leave.
Rule 3A: but still have to find a job then leave

What is RO?

1. Try to talk to your superior your concerns.
2. If cannot address your concerns, go find new job while do you diligence at current.
3. Once offered then quit lo.

Anyway you thinking of leaving le, so good or bad performance also no difference. Then again, if they ever ask your current company about you (which i dunno how it works), it may somehow affect if you do "poorly"
RO is reporting Officer i.e. direct supervisor

some jobs u never quit first, hard to have time to upskill at all.

stay = become irrelevant
quit = no $$ but have more time for yourself to upskill.

take a gamble?
except the upskill avenue is a dead end.

I can only say.
Cherish what you already have.
Find a way to overcome it.
If you quit, it will be the end of your world unless you are some millionaire or possess side income to pay your monthly expenses.

Quitting is not a solution.
Just the beginning of another crisis.
wah last 2 lines very powderful.
Yes I agree. quitting is not a solution, just beginning of another problem....

Exchange to fiat is not much of a problem, today is 2026, not 2013

The problem is whether bitcoin prices will go up to $1 million each
It’s still free market right? Anyone want to buy ur btc with that price depends on demand right? Not like the exchange company straight away buy from u when u want to sell.

- The debt keep mounting.
- The saving decreasing like crazy due to the recent grease inflation.
- No response after shooting all the job application.
- Rejection from all the interviews.
- Parents or wife nagging you about the update every day.

Compare the above with your burnout.
TS should figure it out.

Why every few day have such threads
Becoz working life is tough, that's the reality.

However, the irony is also that out of all the options to earn money, working in a job to earn a salary is the easiest and lowest hanging fruit. That's why majority of the world's population are salaried employees.

If doing business or trading financial instruments as a living is so easy, then the world will be majority business owners and traders while worker bees are minority. There is a reason why the world is the way it is.

TLDR summary: Life sucks but working in a job is still a necessity.

You are talking about the second line:
"The problem is whether bitcoin prices will go up to $1 million each"

Exchanging to fiat part is not much of a problem, if you are willing to sell bitcoin cheaply.

This is to remind you that if you quit, you won't be able to find a job. You are lucky to find a waiter job at MCD or hai di lao.

My friend quitted, jobless for 2 years, take money from wife. This happen during the job market peak and huat period.

If the workplace makes you tired, will you still stay on if they persuade you to change your mind, knowing you leave without a job?

But you really want to leave coz it's making you tired...burnt out your weekend...and your RO may not understand you and ask you to stay...despite you already state so...

better to hug on to your job

else someone, likely a ft will be your replacement

new opportunities will be security guard or phv or grab delivery

Already did that 6 years ago, been jobless ever since. I'd rather be jobless than to help Sing Inc. wash money.
