If the workplace makes you tired, will you still stay on if they persuade you to change your mind, knowing you leave without a job?

But you really want to leave coz it's making you tired...burnt out your weekend...and your RO may not understand you and ask you to stay...despite you already state so...

Don't need to seek assurance from the forum. Answer is: not recommended but you go ahead to do it regardless. Your own life, you take responsibility. Just don't blame government, foreigners, women, seniors for your less than comfortable life later.

Not a good idea. Now is the stage where most people jobs will be gone soon, only last few years to make employment income before massive unemployment starts globally

Already did that 6 years ago, been jobless ever since. I'd rather be jobless than to help Sing Inc. wash money.

How did you help Singapore inc washed money previously? Are you some big shot contributing huge nos in GDP?

Yes

Massive changes in the employment market. Economies around the world are slowing down, AI taking away jobs, older automation tech also taking away jobs

The new workplace realities is that only blue collar jobs will be left, where machines and AI cannot do

The definition of a job is to clear sh1t

If there is no sh1t to clear, no problem, then the job scope and job position will not be created

Yes those jobs degree graduates won’t do, that’s why all those people who take degree, can forget about paying off their education debt as most of the degree jobs will be gone forever. It’s better for them to start work after NS or poly asap. Sg economy will have to take a huge shift since too many JLB white collar jobs such as analysts and administrators. Even cybersecurity next time also can use AI since more efficient. Why hire humans

Check how much liability you need to use money to pay before leaving

workplaces are just too toxic these days. they are simply trying to force people out.

AI taking over your jobs already, you still complain about toxicity at work place? Have job is already very good.
