Troponin result ok means not heart attack. After few hours will show in blood test. No point hanging around in ward. They can’t do anything unless they plan to do angiogram. To see if any blocks and if so same procedure to do angioplasty.

If not, just ask for CTscan to see any blockage. May be less accurate but will at least give u some indication of % block by artery.

If show nothing means it could be panic attacks. Heartburn, reflux etc. nothing they can do at the ward too.

this year my chest pain like people step kind and heart area also quite pain afew weeks

ended up i go gp the lucky my doc says not heart pain give me some medications

but from that onwards i changed my diet and exercise till now i shed around 20kg...my condition improve alot liao

I would be keen to know whether your hospital episode can trigger a ISP claim.

Your situation is unique in a way that coz you 'force discharged' yourself (I assume you yet to get a proper bed in a B2 ward at the point of discharge), it may not be classified as a 'formal hospitlisation' if you yet to enter a ward (though you shared that you would be charged at B2 rate even you were put on a 'temp bed' while waiting).

having cold sweat with chest pain maybe one of the key indicators of a heart attack.

I ever saw my BBFA brother's big beads of sweat appearing profusely on his face when he told me he was having chest pain (I was visiting him at his house then and we took a taxi to the hospital and straight away admitted). This symptom if appears is a very obvious sign of something is very wrong and should take immediate action.
