Hi, u can try mark, i book his service for a day to jiufen shifen keelung NM etc for 10 hrs. He's good and willing to share information he knows about the attraction.

Engaged his services from Airport - Taizhong - Sun Moon Lake - CingQing - Yilian -Taipei.
Extremely friendly driver. In fact for the trip, i have too little time to plan for my itinerary and he actually helped me by giving me a lot of suggestions, recommend me Minsu stay etc. Beside bringing us to some of the usual Taiwan attractions, introducing the attraction, he will always go extra mile by bring us to interesting places/eating places where we hardly see any tourist there upon knowing that me and my family loves to visit non tourist spot/food places. Those places recommended by him really serve good food with reasonable pricing. We really like those places he recommended.
There was also an incident where my mum accidentally trip and fall down. He immediately helped to search for a nearby clinic and bring my mum to the doctor after seeing my mum (near the eye area) bleeding. Really appreciate his help that time
So far i am comfortable engaging his service and i find his charging is reasonable too
Maybe you can check with one or two more driver to compare the price
in fact i did.. however i sms to a few taichung drivers, so far only one reply back to me and quoted me as such..
I only just state how many pax and will be moving out from taichung train station for the 2 days... that's all.. I nv impose any restriction..

Hope it helpsI went to taiwan using the same tour guide for 3 consecutive years. The reason why I chose him is because he take really nice photo using his DSLR camera, safe driver - he slow down during mountain ride cos my hubby got motion sickness and also friendly. He is not taxi driver. He is a personal driver cum tour guide cum photographer.

Take their airport transport to Taipei main station (mrt) and take mrt to xi men ding. Otherwise, u can take a cab after u reach taipei main station. Total cost maybe $200ntd
reaching tpe at 0530 leh
I always arrived in the afternoon, but I don't think there is a problem in getting the airport transfer.. must ask the frequent flyer - old bird here

scoots tio bo? by the time u clear immigration 6am liao. go 7-11 get a cuppa then wait 7am chung hwa open get sim card then can go take bus to tpe liao.
i heard 7am got bus liao ah.... the journey how long huh ?
