hi folks, lookking for a keyboard to replace my G613 due to key-chatter issue.

requirements:
-wireless mechanical preferred
-budget ~$150
-need number pad, no need gaming key
-no hard preference on keys, as I'm using it at home and I like it being tacky

I got mine with a Glorious cushion wrist rest ($35.71) during their last recent promo $163, K4 v2 Hotswappable RGB Aluminum, Brown switch ($127.29). I ordered from Mecha (local distributor). You can also order from the Keychron US site but they charged US$13 per shipping.
The normal price that I was following from Mecha was $139.

still not used to the keyboard layout yet, coming from a G613 full keyboard.

also the bluetooth connectivity is a little slow, so the keyboard not very responsive at times when the pc is just activated from sleep mode

Yup, you can disable the Auto Sleep of the keyboard. It goes to sleep after 10 mins of non-active. I did not n usually wait less than 5 sec for my laptop.

i'm incredibly frustrated with the keyboard today, the bluetooth pairing keeps dropping and i have to repeatedly remove the pairing and add it back or switching between BT or cable with the switch.

Don't you think spending anything north of $100-200 for some colored plastic is weird? The hype for some of those stuff is worse than the snakeoil you get from audiophools lmao

U pairing with PC or laptop? I'm using for my laptop and no drops so far (touch wood). Quite near to it as well. If PC, there was another user who changed another dongle though, a few pages behind.

Its really for the keyboard enthusiast.
Personally, I can understand the cost for the switches but am bewildered that just a cable connection, which enthusiast term "coiled aviator keyboard cable", aviator?!, would cost that much. Keycaps pricing is another crazy culprit.
