Are you looking for the ones with water dispenser or ice dispenser? I changed to it and saves so much time and energy bro!

I'm holding my delivery till later this month so didn't look into this yet. But probably you can check with seller?

Nowadays brand warranty is usually registered online directly with the brand. But I saw one review that a customer was able to get a replacement quickly from the seller when a dent was noticed post delivery.

Does it say how you can claim warranty or replace the unit if it's dead within a week?

Anyone owns a Hitachi R-VG450P3MS-1?

While cleaning the back of the fridge, I realised there’s a open water container at the back of the fridge. The water is quite filled up, I’m worried that this potentially breed mosquito.

On Hitachi website, the FAQ says:

Why is there water inside the container at the back/bottom side of the refrigerator?

The container at the back/bottom side of the refrigerator is called drain pan or evaporator pan. The water from defrosting process will be collected in it.You can leave the water untouched, as it will evaporate.

Anyone? The water quite warm... I took out some of the water but it quickly filled up again... :s22:

Maybe you can try calling their hotline and let them know about this issue. They can give you better advice on what to do.

Did u set the temp for freezer to be very low or high? If evaporator is sweating, it could be due to dirt on the pipes or something is blocking the pipea from taking in heat. The pipes are running with cold refrigerant and will sweat if cant collect enought heat.

HI Guys,
My Hitachi freezer compartment is running but the items inside are not freezing even after overnight.
Anyone know any possible problems?
Or I should get a repair service better. (is repair service still available during this **?)

Thanks in advance

Can anyone recommend a tried and tested 2 door 3 tick fridge that makes minimal noise?:s22::s22:

My samsung RT35K generates loud noise whenever the freezer door opens and shuts after using.

How old already? It could be shock mount already crack or damaged.

Anyone knows of any free standing fridge that can replace a builtin fridge? My built in fridge that comes together with the unit, the back of the compartment (not freezer) ice will built up, and fruits and veg will also froze when place inside. I want to change it but cant find any free standing fridge that can fit onto the cabinet with a base dimension of 535mm depth and 585mm width. Most of the free standing fridge i saw are with depth of 620-650mm depth. Any recommendation will be greatly appreciated.

Bottom freezer should be alright if you seldom use it. Else, go for top freezer. Would recommend you to go for Japanese brands.

I am using fridge with bottom freezer, LG GBB5191PZ. Work great, high efficiency, save cost. 3 compartments in bottom freezer make it large enough for everyone. Now buy alot frozen food and store inside. It has eco function where it save electricity.
