I had a fun workout today. I managed to add 10kg to the dumb bell by tying two 5kg plates. Holding it was a little painful as the straps cut into my wrist.

I sound like a wussy. I'm trying to figure out how to do barbell chest supported shrugs. If I can do that then it'll help a lot
