Early birds would have higher chance of getting their choice units, but whether there is discount or not is depends on developer. Price on launch date should be the best prices as after launch date would be even higher.

Everyone is saying how expensive RC is and now everyone chiong in.

Basically for young couples, they wouldn't compare with the past because they haven't decided to settle down few years ago.

this RC floor plan is almost a replica of HPR!
site layout wise, a few stacks in RC gonna hav hot balcony during evening then..

Ya that was the only one. But there are some noises on those dbss which I previously mentioned. Some do not understand why dbss can charge a premium over hdb, stating there dbss doesn't have security guard post and facilities. It is all over location.

is not a matter of different class, what i'm referring to is what can make more $$.

btw..EC is still belongs to HDB but just different branding. Only after 10yrs than is not.

now i remember, there was even an uproar for 1 project and the price can slashed from 680k+ to 590k+ after people complaint to MND. Well, those were the days and this fat cow had already been slaughtered.
So now where's this new fat cow? :s8:

Actually mah bow Tan is good if you are vested. Too bad, he took the blame and was slaughtered.

Dbss is hdb with good location, while ec is private with poor location. Which one would you prefer?

EC income ceiling cap is 14k.

how can those at 14k afford >$1.2m ECs ah?
