Dont keep assuming property prices will def go up. $900 psf is really too much. If you bought two yrs ago you’s be paying only $600+ psf.
Why’s everyone so fixated on Sumang’s bid, developers just rushing coz they dun get such prices for their normal mkt. Why are buyers sharing this ganjiongness with the sellers!?

based on current market rate lor
hundred palm cheapest was 815 PSF - land bid price was 331 PSF, at that point there were still more than thousands of ECs unsold, sold out first day

RC land price is 355 PSF.. go figure lor, minimally RC should be at least 850PSF, 900 PSF should be the estimated cheapest, lack of supply + strong demand + next EC land sold at more than 500 PSF...

open up your mind and think out of it..remember DBSS how it's priced?
now no more DBSS as govt stopped due to the high selling price and pathetic floor area and poor quality given, some even corridor can't walk pass each other comfortably.
Those golden days were gone for the developers.
You can't build a BTO and try sell high where it is meant for those that still have not exceed the income ceiling.
That's why you can see 17 bidders fighting for a EC plot of land.
