Not sure if anyone noticed that there's a future semi-expressway being built next to the development and cutting across the river. Also wondering what does restricted land means for the plot next across the main entrance.

Actually those buying units facing open view river n park in future will a semi expressway with loud noise.. Or else these units really v good view..

It is wise that ECs to be at bird does not lay egg area as it is a Toyota-Lexus .
Lexus is not essential for traveling.

If developers are greedy, they can raise it much higher.

Some may be agent like housing agent insurance agent
Sales people where they don't have fix salary but already save a big pot of money.
So when buy they just have to downpayment 50-90% liao
The rest just have to pay by normal cpf OA deduction will do
