Honest agent.
But the leftover are also the most unwanted units too ,higher priced than earlier birds.

Should buy other EC instead. No reason to pay 100k to 200k more for Rivercove compared to other EC.

I am sure you all know there are only 3 other EC left each with less than 40 units.

HDB is also giving ridiculous high yield compared with private.
Many use it for capital gain + rental.

Kumgongs rent HDB when many older bigger condo also not too ex.

Just wondering, is it wiser to buy a new EC at low 900k with 99yrs lease, or an old PC at high 900k that is freehold? Assuming both is the same size but lesser bedrooms for the PC (= bigger room size)

Given your 2 choices, my view is buy old PC.....please do your own DD.

up to u one la, see which one more convenient for u and also affordability. if you're buying not for staying, get the one nearer to MRT or better location one. hope this help.

I will choose Free hold or 999 lease when current EC MOP. Either sell or rent out

Free Hold, as long well maintain, quiet and private environment along east zone, i will Go for it if within affordability (Size can be smaller)
