yes the increase is roughly 1%

as for law firms, whatever they charge u, do ask any other costs not factored in yet. is it nett? this is to avoid being invoiced for more later on :)

other than ECs, if u guys are looking at other private launches and need help, do pm me :)
I should have the infos u may need....
