I demo-ed both of the LS8 & LS8+ in null some wheeks ago. Didn't really like the highs on the LS8+. Not very pleasant to my ears. Whereas the LS8 was not bad.

Hmm after countless visits to null audio, i still think ls4 + arete cable is pretty good as the mid range is in the head like sm3 and bass reponse is good and treble is super smooth

on the other hand...

Ls6 with Lune cable seems nice with good soundstage and very unfatigue and lay back sound, the mid somehow is too far away for my taste but the other range are pretty sweet on the spot

Seems like Ls6 is kinda like my ES3X with wide sound and spread sound '
and Ls4 is like um3x/sm3 in a custom but more refined and clean

Ah... dunno which one to hoot for my 3rd custom IEM !!!

actually... it is called X5. but X5 and X5 same thing leh, one is DAP, another is CIEM. so i think better to name it LSX5 bah.

es3x , um mage , elpis , used to have a ue10 pro but it got smashed years ago when i was in camp

i personally thinks merlin >>> ls5

dunno wanna get either ls4 or Ls6 from rooth or go straight one shot hoot ES5
and be done with this

What's the customs in your peekture ?

hmm its my um mage which i spent roughly $150++ more on custom colors,artworks and glitters

and in the end the sound is very much different from the demo set and it sounded quite like 535ltd with piercing highs which i hated alot X.X
