this morning i wake up the screen of my pathetic Note 2 in crashing mode ...battery draining from 100% lastnight to 0% this morning ...

Samsung service centre at plaza sing is under renovation isit?
IIRC, i saw it was relocated to Orchard Central temporary right

No choice have to go service centre.

Added the reboot loop video...3min plus and boring ...
Do telco m1 have t&c on 1 to 1 exchange?
I bought last sat on 20 oct ...any chance of going there for 1 to 1 exchange

The front speaker for my note 2 is faulty.. Only use for 2 days.

Yup. Cos I recontracted ip5 and sell it off to buy note2. Was told by the sales giy from starhub the 4G plan will be activated within 24 hrs from wednesday. Will call starhub.

I called in to change plan and the CSO told me it takes only 1hr for the 4G to be activated... but since I don't stay in CBD nor Changi area.. I can't see any 4G yet.. Haha

If you signed a new line, it means you must be on the newer plan, which means 4G aka "Speed Boost VAS" as coined by Starhub is included. So, you should be getting 4G signals... but note that 4G coverage is still very limited for Starhub. Gotta wait till end of this year (i.e. 2 more months only actually) for 4G coverage to expand till more than 50% island-wide.

Hi, I have also just migrate from fruit to Android and I need some advise. One thing that bugs me is, is there any settings on N2, that will show a pop up notification whenever you have an incoming whatsapp or SMS...? Or maybe it's just me that's not used to it.. Currently only the blue LED light is blinking as notification...

Class 10? You need to format the SDXC into FAT32 format. Try using a program like EaseUs Partition Master. Mine is working perfect!

No pops up.. Lights and notification bar.. Good especially when u r playing games or watching prawn.

Any one using one hand keyboard function. Or anyone could help me try it? When my keyboard is at the left side my button "m" is not responsive. When on the right side "b" is not responsive (they correspond to the same position on the screen). Am I having a faulty touch screen? The standard keyboard don't have this problem. Its hard for me to bring it back for exchange as the problem us intermittent. Its unlikely a firmware problem, just hope someone can help verify it... thanks guys.

to Samsung service centre and the technician reinstall fw for me. Now
My screen back to normal

Thank you for the verification, just jumped from fruit phone to android. Never had quailty problem for 4 years from ifruit 3GS to 5 (which I sold to get note 2). Sigh, looks like I've got a lemon set. Was hoping korean QC is better then foxcon...

Just tested on my set & no signs of any unresponsiveness..

Huh? Meaning to say its possible to be a firmware fault? Can I do a up vol + home + power boot up to reflash my system to factory default? I've done the Factory data reset from settings page but same problem persist. Is 2 type of reset the same?
