If your 20th Nov transactions got credited and my 18th transactions didn't, it means something is terribly wrong.

I didn't even get the base 1X points as well.

Find a 3rd party app. Usually is the default app is called Peel remote.

Will take some time to credit one. 18th till today still have time, please be patient. My last credit was 20 Nov.

I didn't check mine in detail. But random checks shows they credited plus the big amounts also credited.

Different accounts might have different dates where Citibank does the sweep mah. Cannot sweep all at once, then load on the server will be too big, definitely need to stagger the sweeps.

Fone is correct, the sweeps are done in batches as I mentioned in my earlier post. Could be even up to 5-7 days later from my experience.

Did you call citi to raise a complaint ?

I emailed them and asked for the 9x points to be credited. It has been a week or so for the 1st txn and they have not replied if the crediting has been done. Yet to raise a request for 3rd txn which i just discovered yday.

Previously all have been well until i checked a transaction ($200 plus) and realised only 1x point was credited despite waiting for a few days after txn was posted. From then on i check every txn.

I tried to using Samsung Pay for amount greater than $1k twice at two different shops using the MST method. Both times were unsuccessful despite attempting twice. The amount is way below the $3k limit set by Citibank and definitely within my credit limit. I have missed the opportunties to earn more miles for my big ticket purchases. There goes my Star Wars redemption too.

On some terminals, they need to press the SALE button first before you tap your phone, else it won't work.

Hmm... Maybe the first shop is such a case since the machine was not responsive. At the 2nd shop, the card was registered for the sales staff to key in the amount but it was eventually declined.

Take note of the T&Cs.

*S$10 cashback is subject to a minimum of 3 Samsung Pay transactions with an accumulated minimum spend of S$40. Valid till 31 Dec 2016 for the first 5,000 DBS/POSB cardmembers only.
Yup. Thanks for highlighting. Always read t&cs to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

Not necessarily true. I just checked through my statements. The awarding of both 1x and 9x points are quite random, some transactions take longer than others to credit, like 20th transactions can get credited way before 18th ones.
