hi guys, newbie here, how does SBF works ah?

Because now got different locations in a particular area

how do you actually submit? Will zoom in on the block you want to buy aT?

1. select flat type (4, 5 room etc)
2. select location (AMK, Bukit Merah etc)
3. submit

btw i remember i saw some balance flat all taken up on mar SOBF in a particular area that is new flat but in sept additional flat pop out of the so called sold out location?

maybe hdb took back flats because of variuos reasons like breakups, unable to complete sales and other issue?

guys - i see the BSF and see some units where the keys are available but lease commencement date is 1 apr 2014.. wat does this mean ah? means keys are available and can move in or not?

Yes, can collect keys and move in, but lease starts in 2014, meaning you got about 100-year instead of 99-year

No. can only apply for 1 room type and 1 estate

Anyone know what it mean by Probable Completion Date and Delivery Possession Date?
I saw some is like :
Probable Completion Date 1Q/2014
Delivery Possession Date 31 May 2015

will i get to choose the flat, block and unit?

or is it under all the 5 room category in the whole sengkang?

means if i have a queue number, i hv to choose a 5 room flat in any part of sengkang if the one i wanted is not available? so if i nv choose means i forfeit?

Yes u can, apply like everybody else

U will have the option to choose any 5 room flat in sengkang, provided they are still available.

If u never choose, it is consider as forfeit. You have 2 chances to forfeit before ur 1st timer status is changed to second timer for a year.

This location is not so good... More than 10 mins walk to mrt.. If got 700k budget, might as well buy tampines trillant ec.. Although smaller..
