Those options wont be available even if you select a flat from sbf that has yet to commence construction cos contract for construction tender is already finalise once awarded.

On a similar note, I was wondering how do you find out if the flat has opted in for the optional items not? Since they are SBF and shld have all been selected previouslyp

I think Once u received the email from them on the dates u are to go down for selection, the pdf files in the email will contain the different information of the units whether they have been op in with the toilets or tiles or just none. Etc etc.

third time's the charm - finally got a q number of 1x/30 for clementi 5-rm after two attempts without queue numbers. i believe the mcps helped.

created an account just to ask this, anyone here bidded for 5-rm as well? looking towards west coast parkview because clementi crest will likely have been taken up by the earlier numbers, anyone knows any pros and cons of the 801a/b/c blocks? how high a level would be needed for an obstructed view of west coast park, or even the sea?

any inputs greatly appreciated, thank you!

My No. is 8. i saw the map. blk a&b won't choice coz the highest level left is 6 and it link with car park. so only blk c can be selected. and base on the map. most of chance no sea view. but can see pandan reservoir.
i think blk a&b also no much sea view. it blk with high rise condo.

Congrats to both of u! Nice numbers!

The blocks that are left with “sea view” will probably be able to see as the condo thr are on the side of it and not infront due to the north south facing. Bear in mind, there is not much of a view as it is mainly the psa west coast terminals and shipyards around. I wanted to go for it but seems like pcd is abit long still. My parents are currently staying in one of the condo and it would have been the most ideal if i stayed thr

U guys can go recce onsite, and if u want to see the sea view u can pop to hdb blocks that is beside the canal. It probably offers the closest idea on the view as i been there to take a look.

One great thing is the north-south wind.

thank you so much for the input! ya, thinking of going down to recce one of these days too. probably not a lot of high floors left by the time it is my turn so i'm not going to pin too much high hopes on having a good sea/park view, hopefully i get lucky!

i must say 5-room had way lower application rates than 4-room, so it was a more encouraging gamble this time :)

@ray0923: wah your number is really good! confirm can get high floor, block C still left with a lot! wonder why there are so many, it wasn't open to sers selection?

Basically there are 3 group of ppl today.

1) Successful applicants with a queue number within the flat supply. (Happiest lot waiting to choose their dream unit)

2) Successful applicants with a queue number far exceed the flat supply. (Left hanging till the end of the sales appointment phase)

3) Unsuccessful applicants with no queue number. (This group got an immediate closure and can move on to the next sales)

Personally I'm trapped in the left hanging group...

Am in group 2 now. 64/28... zz

Given up hopes already, will see what is available for Nov's SBF!

There were more supply than demand and also cos some who could afford to top up went for the clementi site. Most who took up west coast took the sea view as they wanted the view and also were worried about the elder home that will be build behind.

Hiiii! Anyone applied for sembawang 5-rm and got a good q number? I got just slightly over the 15 units available so wondering which flats would likely be taken up and what options I may be left with 😅

Hi, just to check!
If main applicant is first timer, other applicant is second timer who took HDB loan before but never take grant before, how will the HDB loan be calculated? Second timer still have HDB tied to name for now, but will be able to transfer ownership before keys collection in 2 years (if managed to choose an unit).

Is there any drawback to this? Should the transfer of ownership done before unit selection or beforekey collection?

Thanks a lot! I will go through them.

My number is 4x / 57 units for 3 room flat, if anyone has any inputs on which may be better stack - do share! Looking at mainly Queenstown area, and hoping that still got good enough units to select by my number.

Hi all, would like to ask. If I’ve gotten a q number 7*/99, does it mean I’m guaranteed a unit? Ethnic quota for my race is about 110. Would hdb suddenly email me saying that my ethnic quota has been filled up?

Since I’ve gotten 7*/99 means MCPS kicked in?
