U probably gotta wait abit longer. Cos 400 plus is still abit far from your fren number. They will release batch by batch and we will not know also when they will release those 400 plus queue number.

In most cases here, it is seen that they will inform u abt 1 month in advance your appt date although stated that they will do it min 2 weeks in advance

Thanks:s12:

hello everyone,

i know if the flat listing has (ok) means the unit is open kitchen. what about those without anything at all e.g. (ff) or (ok)? does that means the unit has no doors, floors, and the kitchen is not open concept?

Maybe is the cost or just a better option appear? U will be surprised, my bukit merah 4 room has a high drop out rate: first 5 only 1 choose. Next 4, 3 choose. Today another 4, only 1 choose. So total is 13 pax but only 5 choosen

You are very lucky, appointment approaching next Monday... Quite sure u will be able to get the unit you have shortlisted.

I seriously wonder how is their appt schedule like actually... No.2X on Monday, my no. 7x on Friday... how they clear so many within a week...

4 out of 9 units which i've shortlisted already booked...

OK – “Open Kitchen” concept
OF – “Open Kitchen” concept with floor finishes
FF – Flats with Floor Finishes
RP – Repurchased Flat

If without anything mean likely u can still choose the optional components.

I guess the dropout will be very high because the May SBF/BTO application is not entitle to the new scheme to be announced in Sept.

Likely alot will give up and applied for the Sept BTO/SBF.

I may give up my selection if the more housing grand is given in sept. Any comment?

I’m looking at Dakota, Macpherson as the back up. Already living in Ubi all my life, so that’s last resort. Lol.

What about you?

Same here too :D do you have any idea which stacks are good etc? I checked on renonation and that's all. It doesn't look like a lot of them are that great :(

For the doors, u gotta read the general specification that can be find under the flat available for selection page. Some projects has built in doors some dont

It really depends on when is your appt date and which area you are looking at particularly...

If you are not in a hurry to settle down, i think can wait out for the new scheme to be announced...

Mine so far first choice is taken. So crossing my fingers too. I am waiting till sunday probably to go for one last visit onsite and to reconfirm my choices. Just hoping monday morning there is not much/any appointment ahead of me.

Like past two days zero appt called, stuck at 13. Meaning i guess sat will have some appt

I will likely visit the site on Thursday evening...

I thought HDB only issue appt from mondays to fridays during working hours?

The supposed scheme is to assist 1st time families according to the link someone provided earlier.

If u qualify, why not give it 1 more shot since u can get more grants, get more choices for your affordable flat- if u fit the eligibility conditions lor.

"We have been working with MND to review the measures in place to support first-timers buying new and resale flats, and will share more details next month."

One launch apart = a few thousand dollars saved.
Can put the money into reno.

If u can wait and go for the resale house with ur preferred location for less, why not!
Rather than rush into a flat then have to cut back on reno cos burst budget.

I feel those selection date after scheme announcement damn lucky.
In oct or nov.
Sure jump ship. 😂
