I have no idea how they are going to calculate. And this applies for the SCB VI.

The 20% and 7% that you get from Singpost is correct, you are supposed to be getting that.

they can say so. but how exactly are they going to calculate if they dun stack? at the moment, i got both the 20 and 7% separately although it didnt tally totally.

Good idea. I don't remember if it was a 3D Secure transaction, but the nature of the merchant (Kickstarter) should already make it obvious that it's an online transaction. Perhaps I should call in and make a fuss...

Yay, messaged them and the credited me back the cashback this time. It's not exactly 7% for some reason, but I won't pursue further.

Yes. get 7%. I tried before.
Any problem ask nicely with qoo10 first. I had 3 cases before, and all 3 qoo10 refund my money.

Do u means scb didn't count qoo10 as 7% by default and u must call to ask them to count it ?

Usually there is 1-2 day grace period. If you dun have any scb bank account, the best you can do is pay now through axs, should be reflected by tomorrow.

SCB bank account transfer also doesn't reflect immediately.

Anyway, yes most bank are lenient on this, please pay ASAP. So far only heard complains from OCBC users.

Does paying via Paypal (with SCB card linked to it) qualify for the 7% online transaction? Or I have to directly use the SCB card itself? Thanks.

Some versions of the merchant names are counted as groceries and will give 2% instead of 7% instead. The few I have seen before are Qoo10, QOO10, Giosis, Giosis(Qoo10), can't remember which is safe and which will encounter this issue.

So if you counted zhun zhun supposed to get $60 cashback but you got less, then chances are it's cause of that. Then just call in and ask them to manually check and they will credit the remaining cashback to you.
