Mine got extended one more month too.. This means Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc can spend spend spend. Haha.

My sms says effective date is 23 Dec ... awesome. They should extend after cny or just retain old card better. Cos new card I would prob not spend anything.

But cant spend anything now as already spend more than $900.

Guess only those with statement date after 15th gets extended, so that new TnC is effective for statement month starting in Dec for everyone

if complain works they wont cut the benefit until so much.

i believe is their system unable to handle same card different benefit for different group of people so they standardised dec-jan month bill they start the new benefit

Well, no matter what there will be the situation of same card different benefits since different people have different statement dates. Think they just want to buy more time to program the system.

fair for those that got the nov deadline, cos there's 50% who's deadline was in dec. now everyone got 2 full mths to enjoy the old tnc while it lasts.

Just received a SMS from Standard Chartered

Please note that the new Spree Credit Card benefits will only apply to transactions posted from 15-Dec-17. This supercedes the effective date stated in our notification letter sent in Oct '17.
