Hi all, i got 2 questions.

1) typically can i know how long will it take for simba to contact us to set the nlt activation appt and collection of the ont upon registration and payment ?

2) Mainly use internet for Torrenting and playing Valorant, don't care about anything else,
would Simba be ok for those usage ?

Thank you in advance !
Email for collection of ONT will be shortly after you've registered and made the 1st payment.

NLT activation will be based on one of the 3 dates you choose on the link provided in another email.

Thanks for the updates.

Kind of strange that IPv6 is not available on the 2.5Gbps network.

But let's see how fast SIMBA can upgrade the 2.5Gbps areas to 10Gbps.

The initial feedbacks for the 10Gbps plan seem to be better with decent speed and IPv6.
any feedback on latency while gaming?

Not into gaming at all. Hopefully some SIMBA users will help you if you mention the games you are playing.

But I feel you may well be disappointed if you go SIMBA for gaming, unless you subscribe to gaming VPNs or accelators.

If you are using torrent, avoid SIMBA as it uses CGNAT. IPv6 on the 10Gbps may help a bit but you are still crippled.

Take note to avoid the side effects of CGNAT, MR/VQ provide Static IPv4 add-on for those users who need public IPv4 address, which is unfortunately not provided by SIMBA as of now.

I selected the 3 dates but there's no email from SIMBA on which date. Yesterday received a call from Netlink and said my appt is today 2pm.
The ONT activation date is on the email whereby they remind you to collect your ONT before the NLT appointment.

SUBJECT = SIMBA Broadband - ONT Ready

Since your appt. is today 2pm, you can try connecting the ONT later this evening.
