Hopefully they roll out nationwide for pilot testers.
i think you need to be their mobile subscriber to be eligible for pilot

I am their mobile subscriber since Oct and had also registered my interest but they never invited me 🥲
The fortunate individuals receiving these invitations via email are believed to reside in the Eastern region of Singapore.

Did they mention the monthly fee for the trial? Is it also for free like their mobile trial?

If its dynamic IP and not CGNAT then its really worth considering, since Singtel is dynamic IP too...

At that price 99% sure it's CGNAT for IPv4. 50% chance of public IPv6.

Edit: They have less than 8000 IPv4 addresses assigned. SingTel has more than 1,000,000.

I'm almost certain that they will route a globally routable /64 subnet to your router. If they are not assholes, they will route a /56 to you. A /32 allocation from APNIC isn't very expensive as compare to IPv4 allocations, basically rounding error on the balance sheet.

When I was on TPG mobile a few years ago, they have globally routable IPv6 enabled just like M1 mobile.

Spare Nlt port means what? Must have 2 fiber termination boxes?
An unused SC/APC port. 1 termination point contains 2 SC/APC ports.

This one is wired infrastructure should be easier?
Easier because every ISP relies on Netlink fibre optic network. They just need to make sure the backend servers and capacity for overseas traffic can handle the huge increased data consumption. Every mobile user is already an internet account, traffic flows across the air to the base stations and then into Netlink optic fibre all the way to the backend. When running fibre internet service, the airwave transmission leg has already been eliminated, it goes directly to the Netlink network straight to their backend.

if simba is using the same netlink fibre as other ISPs, why is there is need to do trial ?
