Go for m1 ba. I book the installation time for my mum hse. From morning slot wait till afternoon near to evening time also haven come. End up book for another day. Same thing.. noon wait till almost night time..

Been with MR for 6 yrs now. Thinking of changing ISP and Simba price is kindda ok.
Thought of applying their 10Gpbs for 29.90. Currently am using TPlink AXE16k wireless router with 6G only.
How is the connection? ... Anyone ... thanks
Oh ya ... applying without wifi 7 router

Been using for almost 6mth. So far no drop in connection. Biggest -ve for Simba is they use CGNAT.

If u use for gaming, surfing only then good. For users having homelab, nas etc and require remote access then keep away.

There are work arounds but kinda very technical.

Look at Eight broadband if it's available in your area. I'm still waiting for Eight to provide svc to my area (West).

Haiz, why can't all ISP provide plain vanilla service. Some use CGNAT, some only provide ONR only while some don't.

am planning to setup NAS home. So i guess I need to stay away from this then ... 🫥

i see that the eero provided comes with eero secure (now called eero plus actually)

may i ask if this is a trial or it comes bundled as part of simba’s tie up with eero? can’t seem to find any information anywhere

Check which date your contract renew. Inform them more than 35 days in advance using the contact us form on their website and state which date you wish to end your svc. They will drag time with long qna asking you chunk of questions and ask you wait until the last 5 days to inform you whether they are ok to let you terminate. Such is their svc. Just be patient.

You should have an account to login. In email, should also have the dates of deduction and actual date for new, but Simba interface is horrible to be honest First, if yours is auto renew by credit card, find a way to unbind your card. Also check when does your 24month svc end. I remember cannot unbind on their interface which leave me dumbfounded. Block their crediting account if 24 month is up lor. 😄 They just want to waste time on their resources
