Huh free activation and ONT?

That means the one who sign up earlier lose out cos have to pay for those...although the minty is cheaper at average $25/30 days.

Looks like theres no point having a 2.5g plan. Just say only got 10g.

I suppose the only reason to stay on the non upgraded plan is for the lower price rate. With more users sucking at the pipe 10g is unlikely to deliver.

Received the invite to sign up for 10gbps plan.

Those that signed up did you run 2 internet line since the simba line might not be stable? How long does it take to activate the line?

My m1 contract expire in dec not sure if I should I sign up to take advantage of the promo.

This is a follow up to my post earlier regarding NLT tentative appointment instead of confirmed date and time.
My tentative NLT appt is supposed to be on Monday ( same date, no time frame, compared to my scheduled appointment). Today, I received a call from the NLT service guy.. He said he is around the area and asked if he could come over to activate it. I said ok.. All he did was came in, hook up the empty terminal to a digital gauge, check for signal strength or something.. and said done. Paid $60 for that????!!!! eeks.
Once the ONT is installed, Ill get back to U guys on the speed and stability

What kind of router is suitable for a 10gbps one? I searched around but mostly like max 3gbps

Answered before.

Take note TP-Link EB810v is locked to Starhub for firmware updates. HB810 is locked to Singtel network for firmware updates.

TP-Link Archer BE805 is not locked to MR so it may be a better choice (dual 10G ports, but lack 2.5G ports compared to EB810v and HB810). It is probably one of the cheapest true WiFi 7 options (with 6GHz band).

Other choices -- more expensive than Archer BE805, except Xiaomi BE10000
1) Asus ROG GT-BE98 and ZenWiFi BQ16 WiFi 7 flagship, very expensive
2) Asus RT-AX89X WiFi 6 flagship
3) Asus RT-BE88U (China WiFi 7, dual band BE7200, no 6GHz band), many ports
4) Xiaomi BE10000 (China WiFi 7, triband BE10000, no 6GHz band), probably one of the cheapest option if you do not mind no local warranty and no 6GHz support.
5) TP-Link Archer BE800 and GE900, pretty expensive
6) TP-Link Deco BE85, pretty expensive
7) Ubiquiti Unifi UDM SE and UDM Pro, wired router, no wireless function
8) Netgear Orbi 970, super expensive
9) Mini PC based solution, wired router, no wireless function

2.5gbps a bit disappointing, I cant exceed 1000mbps on any online service other than real debrid with free download manager multi-part downloads. I will upgrade to 10gbps when it rolls out in clementi

If I subscribe to Simba 10 Gpbs Broadband and connect to Linksys WHW0301 router, will my router work? I just want cheaper monthly subscription.

Suppose to schedule for NLT appoint then, received email from SIMBA and stated "no available fibre port" ?

Currently, on used 1 TP point for another service provider
