after being deducted a few cents for roaming data, my balance became $9.92
Is there anyway to top up to make the balance whole number again for this month's renewal. seemed like only fixed $5 or $10, etc can be top up. No way to make few cents top up?
wanted to clean out the balance to zero so that I can port out to either heya/zym next month

Category choose "Account Related"
Sub-Category choose "Account Termination"

Then fill up the form accordingly.

My brother is now in singtel prepaid. his work need data alot to generate otp. He is at expo DBS .


1)anyone can share simba user experience at expo area mainly inside office/building

2)planning to port on 10 nov Friday. Expectation is that the port-in from singtel-prepaid to simba will be completed during the long weekend and phone/data useable under simba sim card on Tuesday 14 nov

3)what are the pros and cons of eSIM. What should be done if we want eSIM over physical sim at the point of purchase. Planning to buy at any random simba counter all over the place

so what’s the most optimum way. lets say


singtel-prepaid to simba port in on Monday. What would be the whole process like ? When is it expected that old SIM card will be completely unusable. How soon the new sim-card /esim will be able to work ?

Stuck there. Till u use them up.

Min top up is $5. So min loss will be $5.

Try clear them with your roaming (call/data)
Roaming call is cheap. Use that to call Malaysia to make booking.

My partner currently Roaming in China, connected as 5G...she tried calling me normally (not via Whatsapp nor SIMBA's Voice app), but it says Call Barred. The same when she called the home phone.

I tried calling her & my phone (4G VoLTE) says number unavailable...& the same when I use the home phone via M1 Broadband.

However there's no issues when I called her via Whatsapp.
We are on SIMBA Senior, hers is 5G compatible, mine is not.
She checked her Roaming & it says "CU-SIMBA" - I presumed China Unicorn.

Why is this happening?

If you look at the roaming details in Simba site. Only China Telecom support VoLTE. rest might need to use Simba Voice App.

She checked her Roaming & it says "CU-SIMBA" - I presumed China Unicorn.

I guessed it's china unicom .. no harm downloading Simba Voice app to try.

1. Not sure
2. Port from Singtel Prepaid to Simba can only be done at physical store (and at Simba customer service counter if you want esim). If porting is initiated before end business hours (by 6pm to be very safe) on 10 Nov, the porting will be completed the same night between 11pm to 4am.

Sorry to disappoint you, she's not very savvy on such things. So I rather leave her phone as it is for her.

Oh my bad. Then I think your best choice will be to install the Simba Voice App to set it up to call.
