I have ported out of simba on the first month after the auto deduction failed. If you use CC to pay you need to change to a blank value Debit card, like singtel dash, or just temporary lock your card, so the auto deduction will fail. (change the card via simba website)
No harm trying it out, since the $30 fee will only be charged to the simba wallet, not cc. it is around the 27/30 day of your cycle. You should receive an sms once auto deduction failed, thats when you can port out.
I ported out to vivifi, because i can submit the port in any time i want. You can use similar telco like giga, or just time it perfectly.
Here is picture proof, when the line is "terminated", means i have successfully ported out.

Today SIMBA successfully renewed my $5 monthly Seniors Plan (at the 26th day). The renewal was performed by deducting from my Account Balance ie eWallet.
What's strange is that my eWallet has only $4.99 balance because I made an IDD call to reduced it to $4.99 from $5 - the intention was to avoid taking my subscription from the eWallet.
So I get 1 cent discount?

No more 48 hrs limitation already.You can't activate overseas. And need to use the (e)sim in Singapore for minimum 48 hrs before roaming will work.

Update for all, port in successful this time, 30th day of my cycleSorry to hear that... Fingers crossed tonight 11pm+ simba show no signal like it did for me. i did not expect it to work either when i submitted the port in to vivifi. Maybe simba has fixed it..

I have port in simba from m1 on 10th Nov. Now I noticed my m1 has been deactivated. I scan the QR code provided by simba. Internet is fine but I couldn't make or receive any call. Btw I'm using esim.
