Port in from Maxx on 1/8/26 at 1115hours...... till now, both sim card in my phone, but my simba sim card still no network.... Hmmmm Maxx still in action....

does this apply to Senior plan portover ?

I spoke to the CSO...

Although the shop can do top-up using SIMBA's app, sell SIMBA's SIM Cards etc, but it is not listed for promotional events 🤦‍♀️

Previous Promotion Events I'd no issues.

That shop should know better instead of taking things for granted.

Not a reliable one IMO.

I had the same experience few years ago when Simba did a similar promotion but then there was no immediate bonus top up given for those listed in the websites (only 7 days later). The shop i topped up was not listed but it assured me the bonus will be given, and indeed it happened after i think 14 days. The CSO knews nuts cos when I called it simply said the shop was not included in the promo event. So have faith with your shop.

nope. I mean i do not have simba sim.

I want to apply simba new sim with the recharge 16 for one month and stop using after one month. after one month i do not wish to continue paying

so i pay only $16 ?

u need to have a SIMBA line. thus, you have to pay for a plan
$16 credit can only be added after you have a line.
