Although the shop can do top-up using SIMBA's app, sell SIMBA's SIM Cards etc, but it is not listed for promotional events

Previous Promotion Events I'd no issues.

woah this kind of retail a bit scary lei next time top up have to double check ... like this is whose fault ? Shop or Simba.... did you check if the shop is under the updated simba authorized dealer ? If yes this is worst sia... how customer know they in promote or not in promote event .... is it must ask ah beng... you know what is spiderman or superman ?

I think you need to be fair to Simba that they dun have many opportunities to grab enough spectrum to expand their coverage. Cell towers / base station are not very cheap to deploy either and with strict on the brands/vendor they can use in Singapore. If Simba continues to work towards having more cell towers / base station it will improve a lot better... but if Singapore give them some good long range spectrum it will be even better much faster.

Some areas have better speed coverage.

seem not possible. M1 will likely to merge with Starhub and Simba only one way down unless use Simba not as main

like i said, it doesn't matter actually. The entitlements keeps changing due to the competition. People can easily port in and out. There is nothing forever.

Simba was used to be good for roaming, people port there. Now maxx better, people port to maxx lor. A game of musical chairs

Just yesterday. Added both Japan and the Philippines
