Normally won't charge for 2nd and 3rd month, since 1st month already paid.
Did you send any email to SIMBA for support sounds like your rip off
I did the top-up for a friend & I've asked him to appeal. He's not sore because of the situation.
I spoke to the CSO...
Although the shop can do top-up using SIMBA's app, sell SIMBA's SIM Cards etc, but it is not listed for promotional events
Previous Promotion Events I'd no issues.

Not using it anymore...
If you have a simba plan you can recharge with the 16 dollar topup.
All SIMBA mobile customers, including Business and data-only plan customers, are eligible for the Recharge Pack.

I had the same experience few years ago when Simba did a similar promotion but then there was no immediate bonus top up given for those listed in the websites (only 7 days later). The shop i topped up was not listed but it assured me the bonus will be given, and indeed it happened after i think 14 days. The CSO knews nuts cos when I called it simply said the shop was not included in the promo event. So have faith with your shop.
nope. I mean i do not have simba sim.
I want to apply simba new sim with the recharge 16 for one month and stop using after one month. after one month i do not wish to continue paying
so i pay only $16 ?

u need to have a SIMBA line. thus, you have to pay for a plan
$16 credit can only be added after you have a line.
than i will skip and get maxx
woah this kind of retail a bit scary lei next time top up have to double check ... like this is whose fault ? Shop or Simba.... did you check if the shop is under the updated simba authorized dealer ? If yes this is worst sia... how customer know they in promote or not in promote event .... is it must ask ah beng... you know what is spiderman or superman ?I spoke to the CSO...
