no issue WA/web within city at jakarta, bandung, even on whooshhow's SIMBA stability and speed at Indonesia? anyone tried?
If you used before giga similar concept, the 7th month data ( oldest month ) will expire when a new month comes based on your first subscription date.Hi all I would like to confirm the behavior of the rollover mechanism. Say at the end of the 6th month and I have accumulated max roaming data because I have not used any, will all the accumulated roaming data be expired and I start again with just the basic amount of roaming data or it will be a First In First Out behavior like the 1st month rollover unused roaming data gets expired only? Thank you all
I saw at Tampines 2 months back, top up $60 to get shoes only.
Replying to you on SIMBA network now.Anyone can login to SIMBA app or web console now?
Still have signal but cannot call, sms, and data is at 5kb/s... i tried logging into app and it says my number is not correct...?
And when i login it says my account is TERMINATED...
I just renewed my plan using my wallet balance just 5 days ago...
Any bros can check if this is some kind of system glitch?

i have been in sg most of the time and know this rule exists... still shows as terminated, simba havent reply me....not sure if this has been mentioned here before, but for those who are based overseas on a long-term basis and using your simba line, please note that simba will throttle your roaming data speed once it detects that your line is not connected to sg for more than 30 days.
good to know. But is it inside the T&C's ?not sure if this has been mentioned here before, but for those who are based overseas on a long-term basis and using your simba line, please note that simba will throttle your roaming data speed once it detects that your line is not connected to sg for more than 30 days.
usually simba's speed is faster overseas. haha...good to know. But is it inside the T&C's ?
I have a friend that have been in China for a few months roaming there with simba. Doesn't matter to him, as his phone is still 4G. Still same slowness.
haha but his phone is 4G. So i always joke to him, your's is Slowba. You port to maxx 5G also no use, your phone only 4Gusually simba's speed is faster overseas. haha...

its more like they wont suspend your service, just that they cannot guarantee service quality.good to know. But is it inside the T&C's ?

Will the following work to circumvent? The roaming phone is on Simba esim. Can have a phone in SG scan the esim's qr for the esim to register on Simba's home network to reset the 30 days clock?its more like they wont suspend your service, just that they cannot guarantee service quality.
https://simba.sg/terms
8.1.7 All SIMBA mobile plans are intended for general mobile data use primarily in Singapore and are not designed for
- continuous or sustained constant bit rate (CBR) traffic, including (but not limited to) uninterrupted video streaming, persistent telemetry, machine-to-machine connections, or any application that maintains an always-on, non-variable data flow; or
- continuous or sustained use of roaming mobile data (i.e., mobile data usage outside of Singapore on a non-SIMBA mobile network) for a period exceeding thirty (30) consecutive days without the SIM returning to Singapore and connecting to SIMBA’s home mobile network.
