my post was not in response to the issue that you are currently encountering.

it is.. one workaround is to contact sim a support and get them to do a reset for you.

Thanks for sharing. Interesting that they went into detail to specify

"continuous or sustained constant bit rate (CBR) traffic, including uninterrupted video streaming, persistent telemetry, machine-to-machine connections, or any application that maintains an always-on, non-variable data flow"

No wonder sometimes streaming Twitch streams on Simba network can be pretty unstable. Twitch streamers or those live streamers are not likely going to use simba for their constant upload streams.

Now we know why some live streamers lags (source upload is slow - bitrate), our mobile data are not built to have CBR and uninterrupted video streaming.

Anyone experience issues with data roaming in US? Keep failing to get network. Tried all the various troubleshooting but doesn't work.

Then went to get Youtrip eSim which works like a charm.

Hello, i would like to confirm porting out simba with lucky number is just (1) ensure more than 30days (2) 7 days before billing cycle, do I have to top up credit in my account first? Because after porting out, simba will deduct 1 month of subscription for porting out lucky number

Anyone unable to log in into My SIMBA App? It keeps saying unable to send OTP invalid number.
