Depends on whether you like to pay $5 (senior plan) or $10 (normal plan) per month..... Lite user normally means less than 20GB per month right?

Hi, I just switched to TPG and found that my home Singtel landline cannot call the ported-over TPG number, although another mobile number can call the ported-over TPG number.
Emailed TPG but their replies are very slow.
Searched this thread and last mention of this issue was oct 2020.

Does any guru here know of a solution? Does TPG has a live help desk or counter to go to? Or should I just jump ship to another telco asap? Thanks!

It is better to just approach the Somerset outlet staff for assistance. You might also want to switch your SIM card to another handphone to see if it is handphone compatibility issue. Generally, I was told by the staff that newer phones (launched from 2 years+ ago) work better with their SIM card.

It is a nice gesture but I usually use around 15 GB a month and hitting 50 GB is already a big challenge.

i too see it as a gimmick. 99.9% of customers will not use the extra 50gb, so it is of no costs to them.
Yes just some marketing Gimmick.

1. Mobile phone (watch show and gaming) really a little hard to hit 50GB.

2. Use it as hotspot the TPG network just not as fast as The major telco. So u also hard to hit the 50GB usage.
