If you signed using Credit/Debit Card, no need unless error.
If you used cash, yes. Min 1 week before renewal.

No way to upgrade without porting out and back in. There's just NO mechanism to do so.

For me, I just put $50 every 3 months when I pass by one authorised tpg shop near my office.

it just auto deduct every month. I find it’s simpler that way then to give them my Cc details.

You can do online topup too.. No need to go to shop

When you finish the included roaming data package on your plan, it will deduct $4 from your wallet & give you another 1GB of Group A roaming data (assuming you are in Group A country, of course). Other groups will deduct the appropriate amount from your wallet.

You do need to take note that it doesn't seem to work if your wallet does not have enough balance to buy more roaming data, even if you have a linked credit card.

Hi so is the deduction of $4 for another 1 GB of Group A roaming data automatically processed without line user's consent? Eg tonight I am flying back and I just ran out of roaming data. I can still get by either using public WiFi or hot-spotting from a fellow traveller. How can I not have the "renewal" go through? Thanks.

Yeah, pretty sure it is automatically deducted.

You can prevent it from renewing the roaming by making sure you don't use more roaming data. Easiest way is to switch off data roaming on your device.

It will be charged at blocks of 10MB, which means it's $0.04/10MB.
However, if you don't have any money in the Account Balance, there's no way to deduct, so you won't be able use data roaming at all.

Account Balance topup has to be done manually, not auto deduct from your credit card.

Ok thanks, since the charge is in 10 MB blocks then don't have an issue with Auto renewal. Thanks for the update.

Thank you.. So you need to have account balance for the auto deduction to work.. Thanks again as I can't find it in FAQ.
