Using a Pixel 7a and Simba is showing 5G.

I noticed a similar problem when using the SGX app. When refreshing the app, the app takes ages to update but updates immediately when switch to wifi.

While the SGX app is not updating, I can easily stream spotify or web surf etc.

Guess, Simba is throttling some website ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

May i know what phone are you using? How did you reset? Try deleting the entire APN entry, restart your phone and re-enter your APN. Just enter TPG in APN field will do, others just leave blank

I am using Xiaomi 11T pro and latest firmware . I have tried delete APN , reset , restart phone , reinstall the app also same issue .Once I switch to Singtel ZYM , no issue .I suspect is the slow speed of Simba causing issue .

i see, not sure why, not sure if there is DNS issue too, are you using any DNS like cloudflare, google or Simba own DNS?

Do you use any anti-virus/security program that comes with a VPN, if yes, you can try turning on your VPN when accessing those slow Apps. The host servers will detect another IP address that is not Simba.

There are also a few other free anti-virus programs which offer limited VPN usage per day.

some of the apps that is slow and lag that i faced is banking apps, Crypto, m1, circles, spotify. Social media works fine.

Try deleting your APN and re-enter APN:TPG. It works fine for myself and my friends too.

Is there anyway to check the deduction from my credit balance? Used to have an exact amount in multiples of my monthly bill in my account, but now kena deducted a small amount and not exact anymore zzz

Need to log in at website to view the PDF invoice. The SMS to inform next month renewal also shows how much deducted.
