I did a visa apply pay entry and a physical exit with the same uob card, turns out it charge me twice and put a missing entry and missing exit record next to the $2 charge. Total $4. Gonna raise a dispute with them using the app.

Don't think so. It is in their FAQ that you need go use the same card or device for both entry and exit

It is OK, I got refund the extra charges of this kind of dual cards per trip usage. Submitted claim for both transactions.

I stopped using simplygo after tio missing entry a few times and got charged $2. Back to ezlink.

I also kena missing entry on my first bus ride using spree visa card.
I made a claim via App when fare is finalised.
Refund was fast, credited to card in about 3 days. Recd App notification (instead of SMS as in Ez link claim). Fyi.

2) HSBC Credit card - $10 cashback, no min spend
3) HSBC Debit card for single account - $10 cashback, no min spend
4) HSBC Debit card for joint account - $10 cashback, no min spend
5. UOB - Min $40 per mth, $10 cap per mth, $15 max cap for physical card, $18 max cap if make a minimum of one Transaction via mobile payment (Apple Pay, Fitbit Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).

(1) already hit. (2) will hit by today.

4) HSBC Debit card for joint account - $10 cashback, no min spend
I have 2 cards for this, me and my spouse, can we use both cards to get 2x $10?

So credit card is per person. Debit card is per account.

After submitted, there is a summary page with a grey banner on the top of the app stated "your claim has been submitted. The claim Ref No. xxxxxxxx"
I will screenshot this page for future reference. Especially if this claim is related to another claim, then I can comment in the other claim to refer to this claim Ref. No.

I can't find the record of submitted claim after exit from this summary page.

Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner of the card - "View Card & Claim Info". Then "View Claim". Should show your current claim as pending and/or past claims.
