4G and 5G difference is the data speed, not data chunk.
If you need to utilise a fixed amount of data per action, then 5G delivers it faster than 4G.
5G will never use up more data in that sense, unless the faster data delivery makes you surf more, then its your own responsibility already.

Test results from HardwareZone. Speed can vary from low 4G speed (<100Mbps) to 856Mbps.

Cause at the point of iPhone 12 series launch, Singtel hasn't implemented mmWave.
